As you will be conducting the viewings yourself it is essential you understand what information a tenant will be looking for at the viewing.  The viewing slot is also your opportunity to interview the prospective tenant, so be prepared to ask the right questions.

We negotiate the best terms as your Letting Agent – price, date on entry and duration.

Once the application and terms of the lease agreement have been approved by yourself – we will prepare the necessary legal paperwork for  issue to the tenant for signing

At this point you must provide the tenant with the required safety certificates
