Home Sales Listing is designed for sellers who would like professional property advertising while managing the sale themselves.

With this service we prepare and launch your property on the leading property portals, ensuring your home is presented clearly and professionally to buyers searching in your area.

Once your property is live on the market, all buyer enquiries are directed through our online system. Interested buyers can request the Home Report and book a viewing through the online viewing calendar, allowing appointments to be organised quickly and efficiently.

You conduct the viewings directly with buyers and manage any follow up conversations. If a buyer wishes to make an offer, they will normally do so through their solicitor who will then contact you and you verbally agree the offer and then your solicitor will progress the sale in the usual way.

This service works well for sellers who are comfortable managing viewings and negotiations themselves but would still like the benefit of professional advertising and exposure across the major property portals.

Our team remains available should you wish to add additional services at any stage, such as accompanied viewings or support with negotiation.

Home Sales Online is a fully managed sales service delivered through our online platform, designed for sellers who are happy to conduct their own viewings while our team manages the sale.

We prepare and launch your property across the major property portals, manage all enquiries and coordinate viewing appointments through our online booking system. This allows interested buyers to arrange viewings easily while keeping everything organised in one place.

You carry out the viewings at times that suit you and speak directly with buyers when they visit your home. Once viewings have taken place, our team remains involved behind the scenes, managing buyer interest and negotiating offers on your behalf.

When a sale is agreed, the transaction then moves to your solicitor who will complete the legal conveyancing process, while we remain available to assist if required.

If at any stage you would prefer additional support, accompanied viewings can be arranged through our team for an additional fee.

This service works particularly well for sellers who are comfortable hosting viewings but would still like experienced support when it comes to negotiating the sale and progressing the transaction.
