Editing and floor plan production
Your photographs are professionally edited and your floor plan is produced using specialist software, ready for the listing.
Your property description is written
We research your home and the local area, then compose professional copy that presents your property in the best possible light. Everything is checked by a proof-reader before moving forward.
Your draft materials are sent to you for review
You receive a draft brochure and window card, along with clear instructions on how to request any changes. Take as much time as you need.
Any amendments are made promptly
If you would like anything adjusted, we take care of it without delay.
Your complete package is ready
Once approved, your finished materials are sent to your agent and to print. Your home is ready for market.
